- You Never Pay Twice – If we have to return to repair the same problem, you don’t pay. We will fix it for free no matter what it takes. As you can imagine, nobody likes to work for free, which is why we get it right the first time.
- Fixed Price Quotes – Projects are completed on budget, without any “surprise” or hidden fees. You know exactly where you stand and the project risk is ours, not yours.
- Support Service Guarantee – If we fail to match the initial response times guaranteed to our clients we’ll pay to have the problem fixed up to two hours. That’s right, we’ll fix it at our cost and credit your monthly IT support subscription. This way you know we are doing our best to make our appointments.

When customers access the portal from their offices they can not only check on the status of work in progress but also see our notes, the solutions we are working on and other relevant information to the situation at hand.
