  • Support Service Guarantee – If we fail to match the initial response times guaranteed to our clients we’ll pay to have the problem fixed up to two hours. That’s right, we’ll fix it at our cost and credit your monthly IT support subscription. This way you know we are doing our best to make our appointments.
